The present invention provides a kit, comprising a first reagent, comprising a sample tag sequence, the sample tag sequence comprising a barcode nucleotide sequence for specifically labeling a sample, either end of the barcode nucleotide sequence being connected to a cell tag binding sequence, either end of the sample tag sequence being labeled with biotin or an analogue thereof; a second reagent, comprising concanavalin A or an analogue thereof labeled by biotin or an analogue thereof; and a third reagent, comprising avidin or an analogue thereof, the avidin or the analogue thereof being used for connecting to the biotin or the analogue thereof in the first reagent, and the biotin or the analogue thereof in the second reagent. Before single-cell sequencing samples are mixed, the samples are preprocessed by using a kit, so that in the subsequent single-cell sequencing result, which samples cells come from can be clearly distinguished.
