The object of the invention is an MI monitoring device for measuring temperature and EMF electromagnetic radiation in the form of an intimate monitor adapted to measure these parameters in the male testicular area, provided with a sensor (1), comprising a temperature sensing element and an EMF electromagnetic radiation sensing element, and a main unit (5) which collects data on temperature and EMF radiation readings, and communicates with a receiving device (13). The invention also relates to a method of monitoring male testicular temperature with simultaneous monitoring of EMF electromagnetic radiation using the MI device and uses thereof.
