The invention relates to computer systems for transmitting and processing audio data and can be used in hotels to offer the opportunity to clients to receive information in their native language or a pre-selected language. An announcement system for hotels is proposed, which comprises a media server to which a plurality of voice assistant devices are connected. A voice assistant device comprises a housing designed in the form of a trihedral prism using CNC-milling technology, a motherboard with a processor and a voice interface comprising a sound pick-up and noise reduction unit, which is connected to the motherboard via an I2C interface. A sound processing unit, a speech recognition unit, a speech synthesis unit and an audio unit with a three-channel amplifier are provided. An acoustic system of the device comprises a resonator and vibration reduction unit, an active acoustic unit, which consists of speakers and a low-frequency electroacoustic converter, and a passive acoustic unit. The sound pick-up and noise reduction unit comprises three microphones arranged radially at an angle of 120° in the front and rear sections of the housing.
