The car seat includes a seating unit, a backrest unit, a seat belt, a occupant seating detection sensor, a seat belt fastening detection sensor, a controller unit, and a communication unit. The system provides an effect of enabling the user's occupant safety monitoring even in a space separated from the occupant by providing the user with information related to the occupant from the car seat.
