The system (1) has two pipes (3, 4) formed with different pipe sections (5, 6) and inserted into each other. The pipes are arranged away from a holding element (2) for inserting into a stationary receptacle of a passenger car. A pressure spring (7) i.e. helical compression spring, pressurizes the pipes toward opposite ends of the pipes. The spring has large axial flexibility. An elastic band (15) or a wire inhibits nested arrangement of moving parts of the pipes. The pipes cooperate with a split pin (17) for axial fixation of the pressure spring.
