HYPERSPECTRAL IMAGING REAL-TIME DETECTION METHOD OF TOXIC CHEMICAL GAS USING PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS AND COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM HAVING A PROGRAM RECORDED THEREIN FOR EXECUTING THE METHOD
A hyperspectral image real-time toxic chemical gas detection method using a principal component analysis technique according to the present invention comprises: a first step of constructing a covariance matrix from measurement data consisting of m by n pixel data measured from a toxic chemical gas spectrum acquisition unit; a second step of performing noise removal and baseline correction for each pixel before performing principal component analysis; a third step of finding eigenvectors and eigenvalues using an eigenvalue decomposition technique for principal component analysis of the covariance matrix; a fourth step of extracting eigenvectors corresponding to six upper eigenvalues from among the eigenvalues found in the third step; a fifth step of calculating the similarity of the top six eigenvectors extracted in the fourth step with the toxic chemical gas detection library to be detected; a sixth step of calculating the degree of similarity between the six eigenvectors and the detection library, and selecting the eigenvector showing the highest similarity; a seventh step of extracting coefficient values corresponding to the eigenvectors selected in the sixth step; and an eighth step of generating an alarm when the count value extracted in the seventh step is higher than a predetermined threshold value.
