Disclosed is an industrial method for cooking, sterilising, preserving, transporting and distributing foods in a single pressurised, transportable, reusable container, wherein the following operations take place: introducing the food ingredients; heating the contained product to the desired cooking and/or sterilisation temperature; cooling the product; carrying out positive internal pressurisation with inert gas; and carrying out the preservation, transport and controlled distribution of the product in aseptic conditions.
