Provided are a gate region estimation program, and the like, for outputting a more precise estimation result when a gate region is estimated through learning models.　This gate region estimation program causes a computer to carry out processing for: acquiring a scatter diagram group including a plurality of scatter diagrams acquired through measurement of flow cytometry of different measurement items; inputting the acquired scatter diagram group to each of a plurality of learning models trained on the basis of training data including a scatter diagram group and a gate region; and outputting an estimation gate region acquired from each of the plurality of learning models.
