METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE INDICATIONS FOR PRIMARY PREVENTION OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN FORM OF PROBLEM-ORIENTED TRAINING IN ADOLESCENT CHILDREN
FIELD: medicine. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics and pediatric cardiology, and can be used in determining indications for the primary prevention of arterial hypertension in the form of problem-oriented training in adolescent children. To do this, the outpatient blood pressure and body mass index (BMI, kg/m2) are determined. At a normal level of outpatient blood pressure, no more than the 90th percentile, taking into account age, gender and height and body mass index within one standard deviation from the median value, bioimpedansometry is performed to determine the percentage of body fat mass (% of BFM). Adolescent children with a percentage of body fat equal to or more than the 75th percentile, taking into account gender and age, are given problem-oriented training. ;EFFECT: method provides the determination of a personalized risk of primary arterial hypertension in adolescents with normal blood pressure and body mass index values, which determines the primary prevention in the form of problem-oriented training. ;1 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
