PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccination system for delivering a vaccine substance to a young hen. The system includes a vaccine delivery assembly configured to perform a vaccine delivery procedure for delivering vaccine material to young hens. A plurality of positioning devices 600 are provided, each positioning device accepting a young hen for use in a vaccine delivery assembly. Each positioning device is transported to fit individually with the vaccine delivery assembly to deliver the vaccine substance during the vaccine delivery procedure.
