PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel bi-terminal reactive polymer, a polyvalent acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing a bi-terminal reactive polymer, a crosslinked polyvalent acrylic polymer obtained by cross-linking the polyvalent acrylic polymer, and the bi-terminal reactive polymer in the molecule. Provided are a cyclized cyclic polymer and a cyclic graft polymer obtained by polymerizing the cyclic polymer. A bi-terminal reactive polymer is represented by the formula (1). (In the formula, R1, R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen atoms or non-nucleophilic organic groups, X1 is a halogen atom, R4 is a polymer segment, and R5 is bonded to the terminal atom of the polymer segment.
