A photochromic polyacryl coating solution composition comprising a reactive naphthopyran compound capable of being directly grafted to a polyacryl molecule is provided to prevent the phase separation phenomenon, thereby no blooming phenomenon occurring in a photochromic coating film prepared therefrom in accordance with the time change and the film being able to maintain the photochromic property for a long period of time. A reactive naphthopyran compound is represented by the formula(1) or (2), wherein each X^1 to X^4 is independently selected from the group consisting of H, hydroxy, C1-5 alkyl, C1-5 alkoxy, C1-5 hydroxy alkyl, alkylamine, halogen and -L-P, provided that at least one of the X^1 to X^4 is -L-P(wherein L is a linger connecting a core of the naphthopyran and P and is selected from the group consisting of -OOC-, -OOC-R^1-, -OOC-R^1-COO-, -R^2-OOC-R^1-COO-, and -OOC-NH-R^3-NH-COO-; each R^1 and R^2 is independently C1-20 branched or linear alkyl; R^3 is C1-20 branched or linear alkyl or C6-40 aromatic group; and P is acrylate or methacrylate including vinyl). A photochromic polyacrylic coating solution composition comprises 100 parts by weight of bisphenol A-based di(meth)acrylate, 25-150 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol-based di(meth)acrylate, 1-20 parts by weight of the reactive naphthopyran compound and 0.1-10 parts by weight of an initiator. A photochromic polyacryl is characterized in that it is grafted by the reactive naphthopyran compound. A photochromic optical article comprises a photochromic polyacryl coating film which is prepared from the photochromic polyacrylic coating solution and has a thickness of 5-40 micrometers.
