An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a transparent electrode by forming a nanofiber pattern on a substrate on which a metal layer is formed and removing the nanofiber pattern after ion milling, and a transparent electrode manufactured using the same. A method for manufacturing a transparent electrode by nanofiber-based metal nanopatterning according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step in which a metal layer is formed by depositing a metal on a substrate formed of a transparent material; a second step of forming a pattern of nanofibers by electrospinning an electrospinning solution containing a polymer on the surface of the metal layer; By irradiating the metal layer with an ion beam on the surface of the metal layer on which the pattern of the nanofiber is formed, the metal layer is formed along the pattern of the nanofiber and a surface metal layer formed in a shape surrounding a part of the surface of the nanofiber is formed. Step 3; and a fourth step of removing the nanofibers bonded to the surface metal layer to form a metal nanopattern that is a pattern formed of the surface metal layer.
