The present invention relates to a skin elasticity supplement composition containing a naturally derived fin thistle extract as an active ingredient and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, a composition containing a naturally-derived fin thistle extract as an active ingredient can generate adipocytes by promoting the regeneration of human adipose-derived stem cells and promoting differentiation from stem cells into adipocytes.
