The purpose of this study is to monitor the space situation with high accuracy.The space traffic control apparatus comprises a space information recorder 101 and a measurement error checking apparatus 108.The space information recorder 101 acquires and records the orbit information of the space object from other space traffic management apparatuses.The measurement error scanning apparatus 108 scans the information set in the space information recorder 101.The space information recorder 101 comprises a satellite ID (identifier), time information and position information, and a result track information 552 including measurement error, information provider information and information update date information.The measurement error scanning apparatus 108 evaluates the reliability of the measurement error based on the information provider information, and extracts the information which is employed as the trajectory information from the information acquired from other space traffic management devices based on the evaluation result of the authenticity.Then, the measurement error scanning apparatus 108 adopts the extracted information to generate the updated track information.Diagram
