The present invention relates to a platelet lysate foam obtained from a blood derivative (allogeneic or autologous) which retains the biological properties of platelet lysates and has optimum properties, in particular mechanical but also of preservation, which allow its marketing and facilitate its handling. The present invention also relates to the use of a platelet lysate foam for therapeutic, cell culture and cell therapy purposes. The present invention also relates to a process for obtaining a platelet lysate foam by a drying process in a supercritical CO2 atmosphere.
