摘要

The present invention relates to a preparation method for a cell culture medium composition and an extraction method for a stem cell lysate extract using the preparation method for a cell culture medium composition and a three-conditional extraction method of effective ingredients from stem cells. The cell culture medium composition comprises a base medium, hyaluronic acid, and an additive composition. The present invention has the advantage of preventing the damage of effective ingredients of stem cells because the stem cells are lysed in the three conditions of low temperature, low pressure, and storage when effective ingredients are extracted from stem cells. According to another embodiment, the preparation method for a stem cell lysate extract by using the preparation method for a mass stem cell culture medium and the three-conditional extraction method comprises: a first step of extracting stem cells; a second step of culturing the extracted stem cells in the medium of the medium composition; a third step of subculturing the stem cells; a fourth step of acquiring cells from the cultured stem cells; a fifth step of lysing the acquired cells; and a sixth step of filtering the lysate.
