The present invention relates to an interlayer for laminated glass comprising two outer layers assembled by adhesive nanocomposite layers made of a material selected from poly(vinyl butyral) (PVB) and poly(ethylene-vinyl acetate) (EVA). In relation to, the adhesive nanocomposite is - a first discontinuous phase consisting of polymeric nanodomains having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -50 °C to -30 °C, preferably -45 °C to -35 °C, and - a second continuous polymer phase, referred to as a matrix, wherein the glass transition temperature (Tg) is lower than the glass transition temperature of the first phase, preferably less than -50°C, more preferably less than -60°C, The first phase is dispersed within the second phase.
