To provide a small-sized and low-cost broth quantitative feeder capable of mixing concentrated broth with hot water without any confusion of a plurality of broths each different in kind.SOLUTION: There is provided a broth quantitative feeder 1 for feeding broth by mixing concentrated broth pumped up from concentrated broth containers 47, 48 and hot water stored in a hot water tank at a predetermined rate. According to the broth quantitative feeder comprising the hot water tank; pipelines 17, 18 for pumping up the broth in the concentrated broth containers 47, 48; concentrated broth pumps 15, 16; a mixing part 70 for mixing the concentrated broth with the hot water; and a concentrated broth charging pipe for charging the concentrated broth into the mixing part 70, a plurality of piping systems each in which the pipelines and the concentrated broth pumps and the concentrated broth charging pipe are made to be one system are provided to allocate a piping system for each concentrated broth container; the hot water is mixed without any confusion of a plurality of broths; and a hot water pumping-up pump 58 for pumping up the hot water poured into the mixing part 70 is provided to flow the hot water poured into the mixing part 70 into the charging pipe by pumping up the foregoing hot water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
