To provide a magnetic integrated device and a DC-DC conversion circuit.SOLUTION: The magnetic integrated device includes a magnetic core member, a primary winding, and a secondary winding. The primary winding and the secondary winding are respectively wound around magnetic poles to form closed magnetic circuits. The primary winding includes a first primary winding wound around a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole, and a second primary winding wound around a third magnetic pole and a fourth magnetic pole, where the winding direction of the first primary winding is opposite to the winding direction of the second primary winding. When a voltage is applied to the primary winding, a current flows due to induction electromotive force to one of the part of the secondary winding wound around the first magnetic pole and the part of the secondary winding wound around the second magnetic pole, and a current flows due to induction electromotive force to one of the part of the secondary winding wound around the third magnetic pole and the part of the secondary winding wound around the fourth magnetic pole. A solution provided by this invention makes the size of the magnetic integrated device further smaller, reduces magnetic flux loss, and can achieve accurate voltage conversion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
