APPLICATION OF IFN-γ IN PREPARING ANTI-TUMOR ADJUVANT DRUG

Provided is an application of IFN-γ in preparing an anti-tumor adjuvant drug. The IFN-γ enhances the killing effect of a T cell preparation on tumor cells by means of sensitizing the tumor cells. The T cell preparation comprises T cells without gene modification and/or T cells modified by using genetic engineering. The IFN-γ comprises wild-type or mutant full-length IFN-γ or IFN-γ fragments. The present invention revises the current understanding of IFN-γ with the discovery that IFN-γ inhibits PD-L1-PD-1-mediated acquired immune resistance and thereby increases the anti-tumor effect of immunology treatment by means of activating an IFN-γ signal pathway in tumor cells.
