Problem of the present invention is to provide a sedimentation accelerating body capable of suppressing deposition of sediment in the surface of the sedimentation promoter and promoting sedimentation of suspended floating in the sedimentation tank and a settling basin facility in which the function of sedimentation and separation is enhanced.In order to solve the above problem, a sedimentation accelerating body having a collision surface which is provided in a substantially vertical direction in the sedimentation tank and collides with a floating object and a settling basin facility having this settling accelerator are provided.According to the present invention, the floating material floating in the settling tank collides with a precipitating accelerator having a vertical colliding surface, and does not deposit on the surface of the sedimentation promoter but settles vertically along the collision surface.As a result, it is possible to suppress the generation of the sediment on the surface of the sedimentation promoter and to efficiently promote settling of the suspended product.Further, the settling tank facility equipped with the settling promoter enhances the function of sedimentation and separation.Diagram
