The invention provides a wound healing preparation with antimicrobial and antiinflammatory activity for accelerating wound healing, which contains at least two biocompatible polymers in the form of interpenetrating networks. One polymer network may be prepared by radical polymerization or poly addition and may contain at least one type of structural units derived from tertiary amines, and another polymer network may be prepared by radical polymerization or polyaddition and may contain at least one type of structural units derived from sterically hindered amines.
