To provide a fire hydrant device that enables fire extinguishing work to be executed by pulling out a hose with a nozzle from a road side and a watchman's passage side easily and simply.SOLUTION: A fire hydrant device is provided with a hydrant door 30 installed in a fire hydrant embedding part on a road surface side of a watchman's passage 14 along a tunnel wall surface, which can be opened upward both from a road 15 side and a watchman's passage side, and a notification device panel 38 on a road side. When the hydrant door 30 is opened, a nozzle 50 supported by a door rear face is exposed to the outside. The nozzle 50 can be taken out either from the road 15 side or from the watchman's passage 14 side, and a hose 48 can be pulled out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
