The monitoring system organically combines the two audio data monitoring means, and overcomes various difficulties in the combination process, thereby greatly reducing the workload of manual monitoring while ensuring the monitoring accuracy, and providing great worth for popularization. Moreover, the method of combining intelligent identification and manual checking of the monitoring system can also be used for checking text and pictures (including video frame screenshots), thereby improving the accuracy of identifying illegal and harmful information on a website.
