The present disclosure relates to a bacterial liquid of healthy human intestinal flora, and a method for preparation thereof and quality control thereof. The present disclosure also relates to a combination of a bacterial solution of healthy human intestinal flora and an immune signal path regulator, used for treating cancer patients to improve tumor response to immunotherapy.
