The present invention relates to pH-sensitive carbon nanoparticles, a method for preparing the same, and drug delivery using the same. It can be used as a drug delivery agent for chemotherapy, photodynamic therapy, or photo-mediated anti-cancer immunotherapy because drug release is possible in a weakly acidic condition.
