摘要

PURPOSE: A pH sensitive drug-supported calcium carbonate hybrid nanoparticle, a method for preparing the same, and a drug delivery composition containing the same are provided to induce release of a supported drug in a cancer tissue and intracellular endosome and lysosome after targeting. CONSTITUTION: A drug-supported calcium carbonate hybrid nanoparticle contains a drug, calcium carbonate, and a copolymer with a non-ionic hydrophilic polymer part and an ionic polymer part. The calcium carbonate and the ionic polymer part of the copolymer form a core part. The non-ionic hydrophilic polymer part and the polymer part form a shell part. The drug is supported in calcium carbonate of the core part. A method for preparing the hybrid nanoparticle comprises: a step of mixing a copolymer solution containing the non-ionic hydrophilic polymer part and the ionic polymer part with a calcium chloride solution; a step of adding the drug and mixing; and a step of adding a calcium carbonate solution and reacting.
