Disclosed is a low-Cr ferritic stainless steel with excellent formability and high temperature properties and a manufacturing method thereof.;The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a low-Cr ferritic stainless steel with excellent formability and excellent high-temperature strength and high-temperature oxidation resistance corresponding to high-Cr ferritic stainless steel without increasing Cr content or adding Nb by optimizing the content of Ci, Si, Sn and utilizing solid solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening, and a manufacturing method thereof.
