The present invention provides a cell separation device, comprising: a centrifugation vessel which is rotated by a centrifugation module and accommodates a heterogeneous cell sample to be separated and a magnetic bead coated with an antibody that targets one type of cell among the heterogeneous cells; a pipette advancing and retreating in the direction of the centrifugation vessel to suck or spray the reagent loaded in the centrifugation vessel; and a magnetic material generating magnetic force around the pipette, enabling pretreatment of cells by centrifugation and cell separation by magnetic force.
