CELL SEPARATION DEVICE AND A SEPARATION METHOD USING MAGNETIC FORCE CAPABLE OF DIMINISHING FALSE POSITIVE RATE DUE TO OTHER CELLS

PURPOSE: A cell separation device and a separation method using magnetic force are provided to effectively separate target cells from other cells by generating magnetic force and opposite direction force at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: A cell separation device using magnetic force comprises a channel(11), a sample inlet(12), a first sample outlet(13), a second sample outlet(14), and magnets(15). The channel is formed in a curve form in order to have curvature. The sample oil entrance is connected to one-end of the channel. The first and second sample outlets are respectively connected to the other end parts of the channel. The magnets are arranged along the outer perimeter of the channel. The channel has a circular or ellipse form. The channel rotates around one center and gradually moves apart and makes a twisted wire shape.
