A deep learning-based behavior recognition system and method are provided. A deep learning-based behavior recognition system according to an embodiment of the present invention is a 2D camera that acquires an image of the user when it is within a certain distance from the user, and 2D extracting two-dimensional joint coordinates using deep learning based on the acquired image 3D joint coordinate extraction unit, 3D joint coordinate estimator that estimates 3D joint coordinates using deep learning based on the extracted 2D joint coordinates and a behavior recognition unit that recognizes a behavior and determines whether it is an emergency using deep learning based on the recognized behavior, and a tracking device that tracks the 2D camera so that it is located within a certain distance from the user.
