A safety belt buckle assembly (1) for a vehicle, having a first safety belt buckle device (2) and having a second safety belt buckle device (3), the safety belt buckle devices (2, 3) being arranged side by side or one behind the other and/or contacting one another or being able to contact one another in regions. The first safety belt buckle device (2) protrudes beyond the other in terms of length such that a lower edge and/or a lower corner of the buckle head housing of the first safety belt buckle device (2) may contact and unintentionally actuate an unlocking button of the shorter, lower safety belt buckle device (3). The safety belt buckle assembly (1) comprises a casing (4), and the first safety belt buckle device (2) is partially encased by the casing (4), and the second safety belt buckle device (3) is free from the casing.
