To provide an information processor etc. capable of shifting each of a plurality of computation nodes (CPU) from a non-power saving mode to a power saving mode while preventing a coolant circulating in a duct constituting a liquid cooling cooler from being supercooled.SOLUTION: An information processor has: a cooler which cools a coolant in a duct in which the coolant for cooling a CPU of each of a plurality of computation nodes circulates; and a control node with which the plurality of computation nodes and the cooler are connected. The control node allocates jobs to the plurality of computation nodes, reduces cooling power of the cooler at a predetermined degree after execution of the jobs by the plurality of computation nodes to which the jobs are allocated is terminated, shifts the CPU of each of the plurality of computation nodes for which the execution of the jobs is terminated from a non-power saving mode to a power saving mode by every predetermined number at predetermined time intervals while temperature of the coolant is a threshold or higher, and stops processing for shifting the CPU to the power saving mode while the temperature of the coolant is lower than the threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
