The comfort analysis apparatus comprises a display section, a first control section, an input section, and a cognitive structure constructing section.The display unit displays the degree of comfort of the user with respect to the environment and a questionnaire for extracting the environmental factors which are responsible for the degree of comfort.The first control unit controls the display unit to display the questionnaire plural times during the questionnaire period.The input section receives an input of an answer to each of the plurality of questionnaires from the user.The cognitive structure building unit uses the answer to each questionnaire, and extracts the degree of comfort and the environmental factor in time series, and constructs a cognitive structure model which shows the cognitive structure of the user's comfort.
