Modified decarboxylase polypeptides and their use in the preparation of tyramine and dopamine

In this specification, modified decarboxylase polypeptides are useful to catalyze decarboxylation of amino acids such as L-tyrosine or generate dopamine or catalyze decarboxylation of L-dopa to produce dopamine.It also provides a preparation process for modified decarboxylase polypeptides and reaction processes under industry related conditions.A polynucleotide sequence encoding a modified decarboxylase polypeptide and a method of generating tyramine or dopamine using modified decarboxylase polypeptides are also provided.
