In addition, the present invention also discloses the use of the genome in the preparation of a kit and a gene chip for the molecular classifying of medulloblastoma. After validation, the present invention can accurately differentiate medulloblastoma WNT subgroup, SHH subgroup, Group3 subgroup, and Group4 subgroup, and has important clinical significance for the precise treatment of patients due to the objective results, high accuracy, and short experimental period.
