The present invention relates to a device for deducing the concentration of algae in a hydroponic nutrient solution through analysis of dissolved oxygen concentration and dissolved carbon dioxide concentration. a sensor unit composed of a sensor; and an analysis unit for inferring the algae concentration in the nutrient solution by analyzing the obtained dissolved oxygen concentration and the amount of change in the dissolved carbon dioxide concentration, wherein the analysis unit includes, wherein the change amount is the dissolved oxygen concentration than the initial dissolved oxygen concentration and the dissolved carbon dioxide concentration increases, and when it is analyzed that the dissolved carbon dioxide concentration has not changed back to the initial dissolved oxygen concentration and dissolved carbon dioxide concentration after it has decreased, it is inferred that the algae concentration in the nutrient solution is increased.
