An apparatus for providing customized information related to Parkinson's disease by analyzing a neuromelanin-related magnetic resonance image based on artificial intelligence, which is an aspect of the present invention, includes: an image receiving unit for acquiring an MRI image of a patient's brain; an image preprocessing unit preprocessing the acquired MRI image to enable observation of a neuromelanin region used as an image biomarker for Parkinson's disease; an image processing unit that analyzes the pre-processed MRI image to classify a first image including the neuromelanin region, and detects the neuromelanin region from the classified first image; and an image analysis unit that analyzes the detected neuromelanin region to determine the patient's information related to Parkinson's disease, wherein the image processing unit calculates the volume of the neuromelanin region based on the first image and , the image analysis unit determines the patient information related to the Parkinson's disease using the calculated volume of the neuromelanin region, and the image processing unit uses the number of voxels and the voxel size related to the first image to determine the neuromelanin region. The volume of the melanin region can be calculated.
