The present invention provides an integrating sphere device for measuring a face-to-face light source, comprising: a main body 20 having a cradle 25 therein, which is composed of a fixture 21 and a movable sphere 22; an air conditioning member (30) installed on the main body (20) to control an internal environmental condition; a measuring means 40 installed at a plurality of points of the body 20 at regular intervals and detecting a physical quantity of the face-to-face light source; and a controller 50 for controlling the main body 20, the air conditioning member 30, and the measuring means 40 with a set algorithm. Accordingly, there is an effect of improving reliability by installing a plurality of optical sensors on the inner surface of the integrating sphere and reducing the measurement error by maintaining the front and rear surfaces of the face-to-face light source at constant brightness.
