At the second stage, a 5% lidocaine solution is administered at the rate of 1 ml per fold separately at the time of opening the folds, and the volume of the anesthetic that provides anesthesia for one fold is administered twice, 0.5 ml of a 5% solution at intervals of 40-60 seconds, after inhibiting the movement of the folds, the bronchoscope together with the inserted flushing tube is carried into the trachea.
