A method for predicting hypotension in a patient using non-invasive data based on deep learning is provided. A method for predicting a user's hypotension using deep learning-based non-invasive data according to an aspect of the present invention includes: acquiring the user's PPG data, electrocardiogram data, and carbon dioxide partial pressure (CO2 capnography) data; preprocessing the PPG data, the electrocardiogram data, and the carbon dioxide partial pressure data; and inputting the pre-processed PPG data, the electrocardiogram data, and the carbon dioxide partial pressure data into a machine-learning deep neural network in advance, and calculating the hypotension predicted value of the user through the deep neural network.
