The present invention relates to a nitrogen-doped molybdenum sulfide/carbon composite for a sodium ion battery having a core-shell structure, a method for producing the same, and a sodium ion battery comprising the same, and more particularly, a polymer obtained from a polymer precursor through an acid catalytic reaction into a shell part Thus, a nitrogen-doped molybdenum sulfide/carbon composite having a uniform particle size can be prepared by coating the surface of the nitrogen-doped molybdenum sulfide, which is the core part, and heat-treating it. In addition, the nitrogen-doped molybdenum sulfide/carbon composite for sodium ion battery of the present invention controls the particle size of the carbonized porous carbon as a shell part of the composite. It is possible to prevent the growth of the solid electrolyte interfacial layer on the surface of the anode, and to suppress the occurrence of electrolyte side reactions, thereby improving the electrochemical properties such as charge/discharge capacity, lifespan and rate of the battery.
