The present invention relates to a QCA full adder and a QCA carry storage adder and a QCA carry predictive adder based thereon. The QCA full adder according to the present invention includes first and second wires to which a first input signal is input, a third wire connected to the second wire, fourth and fifth wires to which the second input signal is input, and a fifth wire a sixth wiring connected to , a seventh wiring to which a previous-stage carry signal is input, an eighth wiring connected to the seventh wiring and connected to the second wiring by a vertical wiring extended to the second wiring, a ninth wiring connected to the eighth wiring, and a first combinational logic cell connected to the tenth wiring, the first wiring, the fourth wiring, and the tenth wiring, performing a majority gate function to output a carry-number signal, and the third wiring, the sixth wiring and the tenth wiring and a second combinational logic cell connected to and outputting a sum signal by performing an exclusive-OR gate function. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a QCA full adder having a structure with high energy efficiency by using a quantum dot cellular automata.
