The present invention provides an alkyl disilazane or vinyl disilazane alone or sequentially on the surface of nanosilica in order to increase the dispersibility of the nanosilica in the liquid silicone rubber and chemically bond the liquid silicone rubber and the nanosilica to improve the interfacial properties. It relates to a silicone rubber/nano-silica composite for high-voltage direct current (HVDC) prepared by dispersing the surface-treated nano-silica in a liquid silicone rubber and a method of treatment.
