A traditional Chinese medicine composition or health food for improving male sexual function, and an ultrasonic wave preparation method, with said composition or health food being prepared using traditional Chinese medicine ingredients such as rhizoma curculiginis, herba epimedii, cortex eucommiae, radix morindae officinalis, radix astragali, radix angelicae sinensis, radix achyranthis bidentatae, radix codonopsis, fried rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, poria, ramulus cinnamomi, fried radix paeoniae alba, semen cuscutae, deerhorn pieces, Huai wheat, radix glycyrrhizae, tangerine peel, fructus lycii, and radix rehmanniae preparata, and the preparation method being to comminute the traditional Chinese medicine ingredients and then use an ultrasonic wave extraction apparatus to perform extraction on respective ingredients individually or mixed together, extracting liquid concentrates, and performing drying. The present invention is able to shorten mating latency in mice and increase mating frequency within a 20 minute time period, and also increases the weight of accessory sex organs in male mice and increases nitric oxide (NO) and testosterone concentrations in the serum of male mice.
