The present invention relates to anti-Notch3 antibody therapy useful in the treatment of patients with autosomal dominant cerebral arteropathy with subcortical infarction and leukoencephalopathy. In particular, the present invention relates to an anti-Notch3 antibody or fragment thereof having an affinity for Notch3 that is two, four or ten times higher than Notch1 or Notch2 for use in therapy.
