Anti dengue virus antigens and use methods for cross reactivity against dicaviruses

The present disclosure provides an anti dengue antibody having cross reactivity against dicavirus (zikv) and a method of making and using it. Anti DENV antibodies include several applications, including treatment or prevention of zigv infection. Further, the antibodies described in the claims may further include a variant Fc region comprising the LAA, kaes, and ACT5 mutations.
