Problem to be solved: to provide an amphiphilic polymer nano micelle containing poly (3,3,4-dihydroxy-l-phenylalanine chelated ferric ion).The chelating structure of the biodegradable poly (3,4-dihydroxy-l-phenylalanine) side chain chelates ferric ion.An amphiphilic polymer containing micelle 3,4-dihydroxy-l-phenylalanine is complexed with a ferric ion compound, and an amphiphilic polymer nano micelle containing poly (3,4-dihydroxy-l-phenylalanine chelate) ferric ion is obtained by a solvent substitution method.By using micelles as an Fe3 + magnetic resonance T1 imaging contrast agent, the toxicity and side effects of conventional gadolinium agents can be prevented.The longitudinal relaxation rate (R1) is 5.6 mm-1s-1, the internal circulation time of the mouse reaches 150 minutes, the image forming effect is clear, and the overall performance is far higher than the commercial gadolinium contrast agent, and the excellent application can be expected.Diagram
