A flexible capacitive tactile sensor (10), a preparation method for the flexible capacitive tactile sensor (10), and a tactile sensing system (60). The flexible capacitive tactile sensor (10) comprises: a first flexible electrode layer (101) that is provided with a first electrode array (1012), the first electrode array (1012) comprising m series electrodes that are parallel to a second direction; a second flexible electrode layer (102) that is provided with a second electrode array (1022), the second electrode array (1022) comprising n series electrodes parallel to a first direction, wherein the first electrode array (1012) and the second electrode array (1022) are arranged opposite to each other, and the first direction is different from the second direction; and an ion gel thin film dielectric layer (103) disposed between the first flexible electrode layer (101) and the second flexible electrode layer (102), wherein the first electrode array (1012), the second electrode array (1022) and the ion gel thin film dielectric layer (103) form m*n double-electric-layer capacitors, and each double-electric-layer capacitor works independently as a tactile sensor, wherein both m and n are positive integers.
